About The Position

As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Driver in Whitestown, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will conduct routine patrols, provide excellent customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers a dynamic environment where you can make a difference by supporting a secure and welcoming location.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any unusual conditions.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and staff at the location.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as directed by site management and Allied Universal protocols.
