About The Position

As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Driver in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining high visibility. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any irregularities.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any concerns according to site protocols.
Support access control procedures by observing and reporting on individuals entering and exiting the location.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.
