About The Position

As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Agent in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution setting, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and interact with staff and visitors to foster a secure environment. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Two or more years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the financial institution environment.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site representatives to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for employees and visitors.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or other relevant information as required by site procedures.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification when necessary.
