Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within financial and tech/media environments. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including office spaces, financial areas, and media or technology zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within financial institutions and tech or media locations.
Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs during patrols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related concerns as they arise.
