As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any irregularities.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior within the location, particularly in areas where financial transactions occur.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as directed during incidents or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
