As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents while being a visible presence on-site. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Being at least 21 years of age is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity during patrols and interactions.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or customers with directions and general inquiries while upholding security-related protocols.
Document security-related incidents and complete relevant reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
