As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. Requirements

A guard card or security license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the location.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents, issues, or emergencies.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.
