As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and service calls. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through customer-focused assistance. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the lobby, ATM areas, offices, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, addressing concerns and/or directing individuals according to site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local authorities and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate site observations to management and/or shift partners, and support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
