As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Requirements

Applicants must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, suspicious activity, or hazards, according to Allied Universal procedures.
Work closely with location staff and/or visitors to address questions and provide directions or assistance as required.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other assigned duties as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
