As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach. Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business premises and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions.
Document security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to company and client requirements.
Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support emergency response protocols and assist with evacuation procedures when necessary.
