As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch Desk in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a financial institution setting. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and coordinating communications to help to deter incidents and maintain a secure environment. Requirements

Applicants must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and dispatch security-related communications for the site, coordinating with on-site personnel as needed.
Assist in managing access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points through security-related systems.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Document and report all security-related incidents and activities accurately and promptly.
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and offering assistance in accordance with site-specific policies.
Communicate with emergency services and/or management when appropriate, relaying critical information efficiently.
Support Allied Universal team members by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout all dispatch activities.
