Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, following posted policies, and supporting security-related concerns in a professional manner.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter spaces, while observing and reporting conditions that could help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required by site procedures, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations.
Support emergency response activities as directed, document observations and incidents accurately, and maintain awareness of changing conditions within a financial services location.
