As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic financial institution location. You will remain visible and approachable, providing outstanding customer service and communication while fostering a welcoming environment. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
Supervisory experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to company and client protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points within the financial institution's location.
Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities or Allied Universal management as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
