As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. By conducting routine patrols and remaining visible, you will contribute to a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any irregularities.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and site leadership.
Support a secure environment by remaining alert to unusual activities or conditions in the location, especially those specific to the food and beverage industry.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions or information as needed, maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
