Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible, engage with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
Help to deter unauthorized activity or access by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions, access control, and general inquiries as needed.
Support emergency response activities and notify appropriate personnel in the event of incidents or alarms.
Follow all site-specific post orders and Allied Universal guidelines while performing assigned duties.
