As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the site. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You'll deliver exceptional customer service and communication, embodying Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and teamwork as you contribute to a secure and welcoming environment.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the food and beverage production facility.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor for unusual activity or conditions within the location and report findings as required.
Support emergency response activities as appropriate, assisting employees and visitors as needed.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal at all times.
