As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, support a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the healthcare location according to established protocols.
- Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized entry where required.
- Work closely with facility staff and visitors, providing guidance and support as needed in accordance with Allied Universal and client site guidelines.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily duties.
