Job Description As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a manufacturing location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, parking lots and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions for reporting.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, monitoring authorized vehicle and pedestrian entry, and directing deliveries to appropriate receiving areas per site policy.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, access activity and observations using written logs and/or electronic systems, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff.
