As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches.
Complete required reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed during emergencies or unusual situations.
Remain alert and observant to changing conditions within the location, reporting any irregularities or concerns promptly.
