You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and support a smooth flow of guests, vendors, and employees while documenting activity and responding to concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Bring strong communication and integrity as part of a caring, agile team that delivers through teamwork.

Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Control access at entrances and vehicle gates by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing deliveries to designated areas at the food and beverage location.
  • Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, checking doors, loading areas, and restricted zones; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
