It is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back when needed. The role includes a fixed-shift commitment (Anchor Shifts) for a designated site and weekly shift, requiring a six-month commitment, and offers a "Claim-A-Shift Program" to pick up extra shifts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and/or credential checks to help support authorized access for employees, contractors, and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related observations and reporting unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access concerns, equipment issues, and/or policy violations that could affect daily operations.
