As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Branson, MO, this role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking-up additional shifts. The role involves a fixed-shift commitment (Anchor Shifts) for a designated site and weekly shift, requiring a six (6) month commitment. Additionally, employees can pick up extra shifts through a scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites, allowing for a flexible schedule that can range from part-time to up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back when needed. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, guest-facing areas, amenities, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, observe arriving and departing traffic, and assist with directing guests and vendors in accordance with location protocols and/or post instructions.
  • Support day-to-day resort operations by communicating professionally with guests and staff, assisting during disturbances or medical events, and following Allied Universal standards for incident response and reporting.
