This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution.
• Monitor front desk activity, greet and assist visitors, verify identification and access authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with staff, guests, and management regarding security-related matters.
• Support day-to-day lobby and reception operations by answering questions, providing directions, observing surrounding activity, and reporting maintenance, life emergency, and/or security-related concerns promptly.
