Requirements

  • EMT certification is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual activity and/or unauthorized access.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and delivery traffic to help support access control practices and verify that site rules and screening procedures are being followed.
  • Support a clean and professional presence at a food and beverage manufacturing location by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
