Requirements

EMT certification is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual activity and/or unauthorized access.
Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and delivery traffic to help support access control practices and verify that site rules and screening procedures are being followed.
Support a clean and professional presence at a food and beverage manufacturing location by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
