About The Position

Provides internal support in securing the assets of the Tahoe properties and specifically to the Casino Operations e.g., Tables Games, Cashiers, Slots departments by expediting chip fills, credits and Marker buy backs.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Literacy and fluency in English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations. Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guest and employee issues.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
  • Auditory and visual fields must include immediate environment
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads, and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs.
  • Ability to move quickly in response to emergency situations
  • Ability to rapidly climb 18 flights of stairs to provide assistance during an emergency
  • Must be able to bend, lift up to 45 lbs. and to carry the weight up to 20 feet
  • Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
  • This position requires at background check and urine test drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Carries chips and paperwork to and from the Table Games and Cashier areas.
  • Distributes chips and paperwork.
  • Removes excess chips.
  • Verifies chips and paperwork transactions.
  • Observes and verifies Slot drop transactions.
  • Monitors activities at Employee Entrance.
  • Performs Safety Checks.
  • Offers information and services to guests and employees, e.g. Lost and Found, escorting guests or employees to garage or other property areas, informing guests of property events and amenities.
  • Ensures the delivery of great customer service through the demonstration and utilization of the Spotlight 5 skills program.
