In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and remain highly visible throughout your assigned area. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

EMT certification is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
Monitor site conditions and report any irregularities, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Support emergency response efforts as directed, including evacuations, medical emergencies, or other site-specific situations.
