As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, with a schedule of Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor directions and/or entry procedures, and document security-related activities, incidents, and observations according to site protocols.
Support a professional environment by providing visible presence, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following Allied Universal standards and post instructions.
