As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication to visitors, staff, and patients. Your role includes monitoring entry points, assisting with access control, and helping to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal's driver policy requirements.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site-specific procedures.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while performing front desk duties.
