As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver Unarmed in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible while delivering outstanding customer service and communication.   • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the commercial real estate environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters as needed.
  • Document incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
