Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, promptly communicating with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials where applicable.
Assist with emergency response protocols, including evacuation or lockdown procedures as directed by site-specific policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
