As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a government location. Your role will involve monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties.

Requirements

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions, provide information, and assist as needed according to established protocols.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily duties.
