Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Assist visitors, contractors, and employees by providing security-related customer service and information regarding site policies and procedures.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies, responding to emergency situations as needed in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location, documenting and reporting details to Allied Universal management and site contacts as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or security-related hazards within the location.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment and support operational needs.
