Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse floors, parking lots, trailer yards, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, deliveries, and/or visitor activity while following post orders and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations.
• Support daily location operations by assisting with badge checks, truck gate activity, and/or package flow areas in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
