Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional in a healthcare location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and help direct response to security-related and facility needs. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations, maintain a visible commitment to service, and deliver clear communication with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first environment.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and other communication systems, then dispatch personnel to routine calls, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document incidents, calls for service, and unusual activity in logs and reports, helping to support accurate communication and follow-up on security-related matters.
  • Coordinate with site contacts, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding developing situations, access concerns, and operational needs.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting conditions and helping to identify security-related issues or policy concerns.
