Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will monitor alarm panels, coordinate communications, and support routine patrols, all while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Operate dispatch systems to communicate with security-related personnel and coordinate response activities as needed.
Maintain accurate logs and records of calls, incidents, and communications for the location.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, following Allied Universal and client protocols.
Support security-related operations by relaying information and instructions to on-site personnel.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting suspicious behavior.
