About The Position

As a Security Officer - Dispatch Top Secret Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to all incoming communications, including emergency calls and alarms, in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and critical situations as required by site-specific protocols.
Maintain detailed records and logs of all dispatch activities and incidents occurring at the location.
Coordinate with on-site security-related teams to help to deter potential threats and/or unauthorized activities within the aerospace and defense environment.
Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Support emergency response activities by communicating vital information to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points through surveillance systems and communication channels.
