Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and support visitor management processes for a professional technology-focused location.
• Communicate with site personnel regarding policy questions, suspicious activity, and/or operational issues while maintaining detailed logs, reports, and other assigned records.
