As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property, providing support and communication to tenants and visitors. Requirements

At least 6 months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management and onsite personnel regarding security-related matters.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.
Support emergency response efforts in accordance with established protocols for the location.
