As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities include managing access control, verifying credentials, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing security-related concerns promptly. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and assist with inquiries.
• Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, and/or unusual occurrences according to company and client requirements.
• Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing badges as needed.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
