As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol properties within the commercial real estate sector, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document observations, occurrences, and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.
• Collaborate with building management, tenants, and other Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and escalate concerns as appropriate following established procedures.
