As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce incidents, and support employees and visitors with clear, professional service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and guests, following visitor management and check-in protocols.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to the Allied Universal site supervisor and/or client representatives.
