As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and deliver standout customer service while responding to concerns. Requirements

Customer Service Experience - preferred.
Guard Card/License - preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and lobby activity, observe for suspicious behavior, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional resources and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
Document patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance or hazard observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership.
