Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and communicate clearly with visitors and tenants. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and directions, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities regarding incidents, emergencies, or concerns as required.
