As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and communication, contributing to a welcoming environment. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for people and property.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or travelers with inquiries and support while maintaining a professional presence.
Follow all instructions and protocols specific to the transportation environment, adapting to varying working conditions as required by the site.
