Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional, where you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a dynamic transportation location. This is a driving post, so you will primarily be responsible for conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the area. You will also provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a caring, team-oriented culture driven by integrity and innovation.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the transportation location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter breaches and support a secure environment for staff, visitors, and travelers.
Communicate clearly with team members and site representatives to report on incidents, concerns, and/or unusual activity.
Document observations and actions taken during patrols and incident responses according to Allied Universal protocols.
Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to support a secure atmosphere for all individuals at the location.
