About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer to oversee a Corporate Building located in Tarrytown. This position is part-time and involves working overnight shifts, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays. The role offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and includes the option for daily pay, allowing employees to receive their earnings before the regular payday. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while interacting with the general public, clients, and staff on a daily basis. Your primary duty will be to serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. In this role, you will be expected to carry out safety and security procedures, adhere to site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as necessary. You will conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and its perimeter, ensuring a secure environment. The working conditions may vary depending on the client site, and you must be prepared to adapt to different environments and situations. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
