Job Description As a Security Officer - Controlled Access Control Driver in Lakeland, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. You will stay visible, communicate clearly, document activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and strong customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location. Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials as directed, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs. Monitor entry and exit activity and report unusual behavior, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter as required by post orders; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1+ years of security experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Requirements

• Have at least 1+ years of security experience.
