About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is crucial. You will engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence, focusing heavily on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position is based in Folsom, CA, with a set schedule of Saturday to Monday from 4:00 pm to 11:45 pm and Tuesday to Wednesday from 11:30 pm to 7:15 am. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, with DailyPay available for employees. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years old and able to pass an extensive Motor Vehicle Check
• One year of security experience required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• Possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Completion of an additional 32hr. BSIS security training

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
