As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the maintenance of a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a security-conscious atmosphere.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Work collaboratively with property management and/or law enforcement as needed, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific instructions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of security-related activities, incidents, and daily events as required by post orders.
