As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct regular patrols, assist tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with both the public and your team. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed during patrols around the location.
Assist with access control, verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site policies.
Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by Allied Universal and the location.
Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.
